About this statute
A person whose national pension has been left suspended may receive disability allowance at the amount specified, for up to 24 months, while the pension is suspended. Disability allowance may be withdrawn or its amount changed if the beneficiary’s circumstances or functional ability changes in a way that affects entitlement or amount. This section says certain parts of the National Pensions Act and the Pensions Index Act apply, unless this law provides otherwise, and it states that the law enters into force on 1 January 2003.
