About this statute
The Director-General leads the agency and has authority to issue binding norms, approve the internal working order, and decide agency matters unless another official is assigned to do so. The State Council may issue regulations on appointments at the State Office, the duties of certain senior officials, and appointing a deputy for the Director General. The State Office’s work order is to cover other deputising arrangements, internal leadership, and other internal administrative matters. The law enters into force on 1 January 2003.
