The regulation applies to ordered transport by passenger car, excluding scheduled transport and purchase transport, and it sets the maximum taxi fare. Taxitaxan may consist of two or more parts, such as a base fee, distance fee, waiting-time fee, pre-order fee, assistance supplement, airport supplement, or cargo transport supplement. The base fare may be at most EUR 4.15 during specified daytime and holiday windows; otherwise it may be at most EUR 6.40. The fee based on travel distance is divided into four tariff classes depending on passenger count, with a special rule for children under 12 and stretcher-equipped transport. A waiting time fee may be charged at up to EUR 30.30 per hour, with special rules for very slow trips due to congestion and for return trips involving ferry or cable-ferry waiting time over 30 minutes.
