Statute overview

About this statute

Social- och hälsovårdsministeriet har ansvar för de uppgifter som räknas upp i paragrafen. This section says which agencies, bodies and associations belong to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health’s responsibility area. The provision lists the ministry’s departments and special groups and says some departments may be divided into result groups. Ministern decides ministry matters, but ministry officials decide some less significant matters under the ministry’s rules. The minister may also reserve decision-making power, and certain senior officials may do the same in individual cases. The ministry’s rules are used to specify internal leadership, work allocation, delegation of decision-making, and related management matters. The social and health minister issues the rules, and if more than one minister is appointed, each minister approves the rules for their own area.
