This chapter concerns liquidation, dissolution, deregistration, reorganization, and bankruptcy. If there are no assets when the bankruptcy ends, the cooperative is dissolved once the final report is approved, and the bankruptcy administrator must notify the Finnish Patent and Registration Office without delay.
