About this statute
If a notice that bankruptcy has begun is published in the official gazette, it must include specified case, debtor, and administrator details, plus a note about a separate notice on the bankruptcy filing process unless that process is unnecessary. The bankruptcy trustee must notify several authorities without delay that bankruptcy has begun. Om en konkursbevakningskungörelse publiceras ska den ange vissa uppgifter, och borgenären måste bevaka sin konkursfordran senast på bevakningsdagen. The bankruptcy administrator must notify the authorities or registry keepers mentioned in section 2 without delay if the bankruptcy lapses or the case ends in another way than approval of the final account. Bankruptcy administrator must send a notice to the Finnish Legal Register Centre about approval of the final report and include specific details about the bankruptcy and the approval meeting.
