Statute overview

About this statute

Fees are charged under this regulation for the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s public-law services connected to the environmental impact assessment procedure for nuclear facilities. The provision sets fixed fees for certain contact authority statements and impact descriptions concerning nuclear facility projects, with higher or additional charges in some cases. If a cancelled environmental impact assessment procedure has already involved ministry information and a request for opinions, the fee for processing is half of the fee in section 2. Ministeriet får ta ut vissa kostnader av den projektansvarige, utöver avgifterna i 2 och 3 §. This regulation starts on 1 July 2005, ends on 31 December 2007, and applies to environmental impact assessment programs and impact statements sent to the Ministry of Trade and Industry for an opinion after it takes effect.
