About this statute

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health must let representative organizations propose candidates, appoint up to three additional members, replace members who leave early, and set the remuneration for the board’s chair, vice chair, and other members. Representantskapet must hold its ordinary spring and autumn meetings by specified dates, handle listed business at those meetings, convene an extraordinary meeting when needed or requested, and keep signed minutes.
