Statute overview

About this statute

Rubriken anger att kapitlet gäller Högsta förvaltningsdomstolens uppgifter. The Supreme Administrative Court exercises the highest jurisdiction in administrative process matters and supervises justice within its field of competence. The Supreme Administrative Court treats certain appeal and extraordinary appeal matters as judicial cases, and if an appeal mainly depends on expediency review, that part must be transferred to the State Council for decision. Högsta förvaltningsdomstolen shall give opinions on certain laws, handle other court matters assigned to it, and handle judicial-administration matters as specially provided. The Supreme Administrative Court must, on request, give opinions to the Government on legislative matters, and it may also make proposals to the Government about legislative measures.
