Statute overview
About this statute
A delegation for economic management exists in connection with the Ministry of Trade and Industry to improve economic knowledge and promote cooperation. The Economic Management Delegation must carry out several tasks to promote economic management, support cooperation, provide information materials, start planning an exam, and otherwise advance economic management in society. The Government appoints the delegation for financial management for four years at a time, with a chair, vice chair, up to 15 members, and personal deputies. If a chair, vice chair, member, or deputy resigns during the term, the Ministry of Trade and Industry appoints a replacement for the remaining term. The delegation may call experts, create sections or working groups, have a secretary, and pay meeting fees and travel expenses to specified people under ministry regulations. This provision says the regulation enters into force on 26 April 2006.
