Statute overview

About this statute

Rules in this law for married persons do not apply to spouses who live permanently apart and do not share a household. The section sets the monthly full folk pension amount: 506.35 euros, or 449.13 euros if the pension recipient is married or living in a cohabiting relationship. A surviving spouse is entitled to begynnelsepension for six months at 261.15 euro per month.
