Statute overview

About this statute

This section defines “arbetspensionslagar” as the private- and public-sector occupational pension laws referred to in 3 § of the Employees’ Pensions Act (395/2006). A rehabilitation client who receives certain listed pensions gets a daily rehabilitation allowance calculated as one twenty-fifth of one-tenth of the relevant monthly pension total. If a rehabilitation client is granted an old-age pension or income-loss compensation retroactively under another law, the part matching the rehabilitation allowance for the same period must be paid to the Social Insurance Institution, subject to section 43(2) of the Employees Pensions Act.
