About this statute

The provision says this regulation covers the authority responsible for making sure the vessel register system works and registration functions are uniform, plus register data, registration certificates, register marks, trial marks, and use of vessel data for selection. Länsstyrelsen i Västra Finlands län must ensure that the register’s data system works and that the registration functions are uniform. The register must contain listed technical and identification details about a vessel and its engine(s). The register must include specific registration details about the craft, such as its registration or test designation, registration event type, de-registration reason, duplicate certificate date, ownership and possession right types, filing/registration dates, registry officer details, extra contact-person information, and technical identification data for the registration certificate. Registeransvarig får införa vissa uppgifter i registret när uppgifter kommer från utsökningsmyndigheterna eller polisen.
