Statute overview
About this statute
A student in apprenticeship training is entitled to daily allowance, family allowance, and accommodation allowance during theoretical instruction, subject to stated conditions. En studerande kan ha rätt till reseersättning när den teoretiska undervisningen börjar och slutar, om enkelresan till undervisningsplatsen är över 10 kilometer, och även varje vecka om undervisningen varar mer än en vecka. A student is entitled to receive the benefits covered by this ordinance even when taking part in an exam occasion for an independent exam or vocational test. The provision defines “hemort” as the student’s home municipality and “läroavtalsort” as the municipality where the employer-assigned workplace is located and where the student studies with practical work tasks. This provision says the regulation starts on 1 September 2007 and repeals the 2001 Ministry of Education regulation named in the text.
