About this statute

This provision says the regulation covers the application, granting, and payment of energy subsidies for energy saving, renewable energy use, and peat production. Subsidies may be granted to non-profit associations whose activities relate to energy saving, renewable energy, or promoting peat production. A subsidy may be granted to support the association’s activities. Grant funding may cover necessary association costs, but catering and representation costs are not eligible. The subsidy may cover at most 50% of eligible costs, and all related public aid together may not exceed 70% of the eligible costs for the activity.
