Lag om ändring av 120 b § i sparbankslagen
If a savings bank has a branch in another EEA state and enters liquidation or bankruptcy, the liquidator or bankruptcy trustee must publish an excerpt of the decision in the EU Official Journal and in two national daily newspapers in each relevant EEA state, in Finnish and Swedish.
