Statute overview

About this statute

This section says that in 2009 state funds may be used to grant support for repair construction, employment, and maintaining the housing stock, and that the State Grants Act also applies unless this law says otherwise. A housing association may receive subsidy for renovation and repair work on eligible residential buildings and related common or yard areas, if the stated conditions are met. The subsidy amount is 10% of eligible costs, unless special reasons justify a smaller subsidy.
