Statute overview

About this statute

This regulation applies to certain grants funded from the state budget or the farm development fund, but not to EU co-financed support for rural development or research on reindeer husbandry and natural livelihoods. Support may be granted for projects that are defined by their goals, content, and duration, and whose results can be widely used and disseminated. Support is not granted for activities that would make the support count as state aid under Article 87. Understöd får beviljas med högst 100 procent av projektets godtagbara kostnader. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry sets the application period for the subsidy. Applications must use a ministry-approved form, though a free-form application with equivalent information may also be accepted, and the application must include a project plan and cost estimate.
