1 § Tillämpningsområde Denna lag tillämpas på bostadssparavtal som har ingåtts och ingås enligt lagen om bostadssparpremier (1634/1992). 2 § Utbetalning av bostadssparpremie På bostadssparinsättningar betalas det av statens bostadsfonds medel genom förmedling av penninginrättningen ut 3 000 euro i bostadssparpremie per bostad, förutsatt att avtalet om köp eller överlåtelse av en bostad har ingåtts eller byggarbetet på ett egnahemshus har startat senast den 31 december 2011. På bostadssparinsättningar betalas det av statens bostadsfonds medel genom förmedling av penninginrättningen ut 3 000 euro i bostadssparpremie per bostad, förutsatt att avtalet om köp eller överlåtelse av en bostad har ingåtts eller byggarbetet på ett egnahemshus har startat senast den 31 december 2011.

No housing savings bonus is paid under the older 702/2001 law for housing savings agreements entered into before 1993, in addition to the bonus under this law.
