About this statute

This section defines “intjänad pension” as pension accrued from labour income, certain ceased-pension time, unpaid time referred to in point 8, and a benefit under the state-funded pension compensation law for childcare or studies. A farm entrepreneur aged 60–67 who has moved to part-time work has a right to part-time pension, subject to an incomplete condition in the source text. Pension accrues for the period covered by disability pension under this law. Pension for remaining time accrues at 1.5% per year up to the end of the calendar month when the pension recipient turns 63. Pensionen grows by 1.5% per year for the period specified when disability pension has ended.
