Statute overview

About this statute

An employee aged 60–67 may be entitled to part-time pension, but the condition is incomplete in the source text. The pension for the remaining time is 1.5% per year of the income for remaining time. Pension for part-time work earned alongside part-time pension is calculated as set out in section 40(1) and (2). Pension basis is calculated as 75%, 65%, or 55% of the relevant income or earnings tied to the listed benefits; for partial sickness allowance under point 8, the earnings base is half of the sickness allowance earnings base. This section sets rules for calculating income for remaining-time pension and says the employee has no right to that pension if they lack the required work income during the examination period.
