About this statute

Courts must enter information about decisions where the charge was dismissed into the national judicial information system register. Courts must notify the supervising authority and send copies of certain decisions to the Chancellor of Justice and the Parliamentary Ombudsman. Courts must send copies of certain criminal judgments to the relevant authority, the Chancellor of Justice, and the Parliamentary Ombudsman, and in some cases to the Finnish Immigration Service.
