60 § Anmälningsplikt för domstolarna Genom förordning av justitieministeriet föreskrivs vid behov om domstolens skyldighet att göra anmälan om sina avgöranden till patent- och registerstyrelsen genom att registrera uppgifter om avgörandena i registret över avgöranden och meddelanden om avgöranden i justitieförvaltningens riksomfattande informationssystem eller genom att överföra uppgifterna till Rättsregistercentralen för förmedling till patent- och registerstyrelsen. På registreringen och överföringen tillämpas lagen om justitieförvaltningens riksomfattande informationssystem (372/2010) och vad som föreskrivs med stöd av den. Genom förordning av justitieministeriet föreskrivs vid behov om domstolens skyldighet att göra anmälan om sina avgöranden till patent- och registerstyrelsen genom att registrera uppgifter om avgörandena i registret över avgöranden och meddelanden om avgöranden i justitieförvaltningens riksomfattande informationssystem eller genom att överföra uppgifterna till Rättsregistercentralen för förmedling till patent- och registerstyrelsen.
