1 kap. Rättskipning Högsta förvaltningsdomstolen håller sessioner på vardagar mellan 7 januari och 20 december, och kan hålla sessioner vid annan tid vid brådskande ärenden. Högsta förvaltningsdomstolen must have at least two departments, and the President decides how many departments there are, what kinds of cases they handle, and who chairs or serves on them. In plenary handling of judicial matters, the Supreme Administrative Court’s members and temporary members participate, and if expert members are required, the relevant environmental expert member or senior engineer member also participates; the president chairs the plenary. Divisions must meet according to a session list approved by the division chair, and the president sets the rules for how session lists, attendance duties, session counts, reviews, and other work tasks are arranged.
