Lag om ändring av 2 § i lagen om militär krishantering
The provision says that section 58(2) of the Constitution does not apply to the decision-making process, and if the President does not decide in line with the Government’s proposal, the matter returns to the Government for preparation. The law enters into force on 1 March 2012.
