The provision says Bottenhavets national park includes about 91,200 hectares of state-owned areas in several named municipalities, and its maps mark different kinds of land and water areas with specific colors and lines. This section says that rules on prohibited activities in Bottenhavets nationalpark are found in section 49 of the Nature Conservation Act, and exceptions to the protection rules are found in sections 50 and 51. Fishing is allowed in Bottenhavets national park on state land, despite the nature conservation law rule cited, if done in the manner set out in the fishing law. This section allows certain hunting and wildlife-regulation activities in Bottenhavets nationalpark, including grey seal hunting and some seabird hunting, in specific places and with permission from Forststyrelsen where required.
