Statute overview

About this statute

This section says the Tax Administration’s organization, units, duties, and headquarters are governed by this working order, and that financial administration and internal audit matters are governed by separate internal rules. The Tax Administration is led by the Director General, and its unit is led by the unit’s chief. Sectionen beskriver tre ledningsgrupper som stöder Skatteförvaltningens ledning och anger vilka personer som ingår i dem. The Director General sets performance goals for Tax Administration units, and units report on achieved goals at times the Director General decides. Unit managers do the same for their operational units, which report to them at times the manager decides. Managers in the Tax Administration must ensure occupational safety and employee influence over work and the work environment.
