About this statute

This provision says the work order applies to the Tax Administration’s organization, units, tasks, headquarters, and related financial administration and internal audit matters. The Tax Administration is led by the Director General, each unit is led by its unit head, and a unit may have additional process-related tasks set out in the rules of procedure. Skatteförvaltningens ledning ska stödjas av en ledningsgrupp, en utvecklingsledningsgrupp och en utvidgad ledningsgrupp. The director-general sets performance targets for Tax Administration units, and the units must report achieved targets at times set by the director-general. Unit managers set targets for their business units, which must report achieved targets at times set by the manager. Managers at the Tax Administration must ensure workplace safety and staff participation in work and working-environment matters, as required by relevant rules and agreements.
