16 § Studerandes deltagande i polisuppgifter och andra uppgifter som de förordnas till När polisaspiranter och andra polismän som studerar vid Polisyrkeshögskolan utför uppgifter som avses i 1 och 2 mom. gäller i fråga om deras polisbefogenheter vad som föreskrivs i 15 a § i polisförvaltningslagen (110/1992). Beträffande befogenheterna för andra studerande som utför sådana uppgifter som avses i 1 mom. gäller vad som i 9 kap. 5 § i polislagen (872/2011) föreskrivs om befogenheter för den som bistår en polisman. När polisaspiranter och andra polismän som studerar vid Polisyrkeshögskolan utför uppgifter som avses i 1 och 2 mom. gäller i fråga om deras polisbefogenheter vad som föreskrivs i 15 a § i polisförvaltningslagen (110/1992).
