Lag om ändring av lagen om kommunala pensioner

Employees have a right to pension and rehabilitation benefits under this law, and employees’ beneficiaries have a right to family pension under chapter 5. Some rehabilitation payments may be paid for less than one month.

About this statute

Employees have a right to pension and rehabilitation benefits under this law, and employees’ beneficiaries have a right to family pension under chapter 5. Some rehabilitation payments may be paid for less than one month. Old-age pension granted after age 68 gets a deferred pension increase, and it starts no earlier than the beginning of the calendar month after the pension application. An employee aged 61–67 has a right to partial pension, but the part-time income must be 35–70% of the employee’s stabilized income. Section heading: “Uppskovsförhöjning”.
