Statute overview

About this statute

An employee may take deferred old-age pension after the month following the month in which the employee turns 68, if the employment relationship has ended. A worker may be granted old-age pension from age 60 at the earliest, but not before the month after the application; if pension starts before age 63 under the Nordic agreement, it is reduced by 0.6% per month. Old-age pension starts the month after the worker reaches pension age and leaves the relevant job; deferred pension starts the month after the application. A worker aged 61–67 who has moved to part-time work is entitled to part-time pension, if the part-time income is 35–70% of the stabilized income. Arbetstagaren kan på ansökan få pension som tjänats in under invalidpension, och även pension som tjänats in under vissa andra perioder med invalidpension, när de angivna villkoren är uppfyllda.
