Statute overview

About this statute

Chapter heading: “Rättskipning” (administration of justice). The Supreme Administrative Court has a sessions period from 7 January to 20 December inclusive, and sessions may be held on ordinary weekdays during that period. The Supreme Administrative Court must have at least two divisions, and the President decides how many divisions there are, what case groups they handle, and who serves as division chair, vice chair, and other members. The provision says who takes part in plenary handling of judicial matters in the Supreme Administrative Court and that the president chairs the plenary. Departments meet in sessions according to a sessions list approved by the chairperson; the president also sets the basis for the session lists and related workload rules.
