Lag om ändring av upphovsrättslagen

A party that objects to arbitration may, on application, take the matter to court. In copyright-related interim proceedings, the court may issue a suspension order, must hear the affected parties, may allow service by post/fax/email, and the order only takes effect after security is posted.

About this statute

A party that objects to arbitration may, on application, take the matter to court. In copyright-related interim proceedings, the court may issue a suspension order, must hear the affected parties, may allow service by post/fax/email, and the order only takes effect after security is posted. Cases under this law are handled by the Market Court, and certain criminal prosecutions by the district court. The provision also allows expert members to assist the court and sets related procedural duties.
