About this statute
A district court at an association’s home location may dissolve the association if an application is made and the association’s activities seriously violate the law, its bylaws’ purpose, or certain permits. The prosecutor or Police Board may request a temporary prohibition against an association before a dissolution case is filed if the association is likely acting unlawfully or continuing a dissolved association’s activities.
