About this statute

This section says the rules on the Tax Administration’s organization, units, tasks, head offices, financial administration, procedures, responsibility, and internal audit are set out in this work order and related internal rules, in addition to other applicable provisions. Skatteförvaltningen shall be led by the Director General, and its units shall be led by the unit head.
