This provision says the agency’s organization, units, duties, organization of those duties, and head office are governed by this work order, unless otherwise provided elsewhere. It also says that organization, duties, procedures, and responsibilities for the agency’s financial administration and internal audit are governed by separate financial rules and the internal audit regulation. Skatteförvaltningen is led by the Director General, and each unit within it is led by the unit head. The Tax Administration’s leadership is supported by a management group, and project leadership for information systems and data technology is supported by a development management group. Generaldirektören och enhetscheferna fastställer resultatmål, och enheterna ska rapportera uppnådda resultatmål vid de tidpunkter som bestämts.
