If someone gives the Patent and Registration Office a false notice or declaration covered by this Act, they must be punished as provided in the Criminal Code.

62 § Rangaistussäännös Joka antaa Patentti- ja rekisterihallitukselle väärän tässä laissa tarkoitetun ilmoituksen tai vakuutuksen, on tuomittava rangaistukseen siten kuin rikoslaissa (39/1889) säädetään.
