About this statute
Chapter heading: preparing a program, plan, and strategy. När program och programändringar bereds ska vissa grupper delta, minst behöriga myndigheter, lokala aktionsgrupper och relevanta experter. At least four listed groups must participate in preparing regional rural development plans and any changes to them. When local development strategies, and changes to them, are prepared, certain local authorities, experts, businesses, interest groups, other key local actors, and representatives of the local population must take part. At Landsbygdsverket, there is a service unit that serves the rural network and is responsible for its activities.
