About this statute

The Delegation must carry out several cross-border health care monitoring and development tasks, may take initiatives and give opinions on related matters, and must set its own annual work plan. The delegation must be composed of a chair, a vice chair, and up to 20 other members, each with a personal deputy. Certain ministries, agencies, municipalities, healthcare providers, regions, and patients must be represented, and the ministry appoints replacements and secretaries. The delegation must meet at least twice a year, and its sections meet when called by their chairs. Arbete i delegationen sker under tjänstetid och utan särskilt arvode eller särskild ersättning. This provision states that the regulation enters into force on 1 February 2014.
