Statute overview

About this statute

This chapter sets rules for stormwater management on built-up areas and gives municipalities and property owners specific duties and powers. If someone acts against the law or fails to meet a duty under it, certain municipal or market-surveillance authorities may order correction within a set time. In stormwater matters under Chapter 13a, the competence referred to in subsections 1 and 2 belongs to a municipal multi-member body appointed by the municipality. The owner or holder of a plot or other property must allow planning-, subdivision-, or stormwater-plan-related work on the land, and unauthorized removal, moving, or damaging of an installed marker is forbidden. An administrative-court decision on a building permit, street plan, or stormwater plan cannot be appealed in part where the issue has already been resolved in a final zoning plan.
