Statute overview

About this statute

Chapter heading: General provisions. The court’s work order sets rules for how judicial and administrative matters are handled in the Supreme Administrative Court and how work is otherwise organized there, in addition to what is provided in law. The President leads the Supreme Administrative Court and is responsible for its results. The head clerk decides office responsibilities and tasks, appoints a responsible person for each task area, and staff may also be assigned other tasks. Högsta förvaltningsdomstolen ska ha minst två avdelningar. Presidenten bestämmer antalet avdelningar, vilka ärendekategorier varje avdelning handlägger, och utser avdelningarnas ordförande, vice ordförande och övriga ledamöter.
