Statute overview

About this statute

Chapter 1: General provisions. This section says the work order applies to the ministry’s management, internal organization, case preparation, and related decision-making, except where other rules already provide otherwise. The labour minister must approve the work order for the minister’s area before the economic affairs minister decides on it or an amendment, and ministry units, departments, and staff organisations must be heard before a decision on the proposal. This section defines several internal organizational units used in the work order. The industry minister and the labour minister lead the ministry’s operations and administrative area, with support from named officials and groups.
