About this statute

This section defines “oavlönad tid” as periods when an entrepreneur has received certain listed social-security and compensation benefits. Företagaren kan ha rätt till deltidspension om villkoren för deltidsarbete uppfylls, bland annat att frånvaron från arbetet inte utan avbrott överstiger sex veckor. A part-time pension recipient must notify the pension institution if work is interrupted for more than six weeks, unless the interruption is due to a qualifying illness covered by certain benefits. If disability pension is granted retroactively, it is not paid for periods covered by certain rehabilitation benefits or income-loss compensation. Pension paid under this law must be reduced by certain primary benefits, and family pension must be reduced by a family pension or equivalent compensation.
