Statute overview

About this statute

Lantbruksföretagaren can qualify for part-time pension if the work conditions are met and the absence-from-work limit is not exceeded. A part-time pension recipient must notify the pension institution of a work interruption lasting over six weeks, unless the interruption is due to certain sickness-related benefits for up to 12 months. If disability pension is granted retroactively, it is not paid for periods covered by certain rehabilitation benefits or compensation for loss of income. Certain unpaid insurance-related amounts may be deducted from the pension. Lantbruksföretagarnas pensionsanstalt must handle certain accident-insurance and occupational-health-care tasks.
