Statute overview

About this statute

This section defines “oavlönad tid” as time when an employee has received certain listed social-security or insurance benefits. This section says when a worker’s absence does not count against the time limit for part-time pension conditions, and it sets a six-week uninterrupted absence limit with certain exclusions. A part-time pension recipient must notify the pension fund if they are absent from work for more than six weeks, unless one of the listed exceptions applies. If invalid pension is granted retroactively, it is not paid for periods covered by certain rehabilitation benefits or compensation for loss of income. Pension and family pension are reduced by certain primary benefits listed in the section.
