About this statute
An employee aged 61–67 has a right to part-time pension if the source text conditions are met. The provision says certain primary benefits must be deducted from a pension. If invalidity pension is granted retroactively, it is not paid for periods covered by certain rehabilitation benefits or loss-of-income compensation. A pension may be paid in full, despite section 76, until the related benefit amount is finally decided, and the employee’s benefit right transfers to the municipal pension institution to the extent it has paid pension for the same period. A part-time pension recipient must notify the pension institution if they are absent from work for more than six uninterrupted weeks, unless the absence is due to vacation or specified sickness-related benefits.
