Statute overview

About this statute

A worker aged 61–67 who has moved to part-time work has a right to part-time pension if the absence-from-work conditions are met. A part-time pension recipient must notify the municipal pension institution about an absence from work lasting over six weeks, unless the absence is due to vacation or certain sickness-related payment situations. A worker under 63 has a right to suitable vocational rehabilitation if the stated condition is met. If disability pension is granted retroactively, it is not paid for periods covered by certain rehabilitation or income-loss benefits. Vissa primära förmåner ska dras av från pension enligt denna lag, med angivna undantag.
