About this statute
Certain government decisions may be appealed to the administrative courts, and appeals may also be based on the decision being contrary to law. A party may apply to reopen or annul a decision only once in the same matter, unless very weighty reasons require reconsideration. Certain interim decisions may be appealed separately, but a decision by the administrative court that forbids or suspends enforcement may not be separately appealed.
