Statute overview

About this statute

This provision defines “oavlönad tid” as time when an entrepreneur has received certain listed benefits. A business owner may not get a deferral increase for the same period they received unemployment, disability, or sickness pension benefits. Invalidpension cannot be paid retroactively for more than six months before the month of application unless there is a valid reason. Certain income is not counted as pension-entitling when disability started, if the remaining time in disability pension calculation is treated as pension-entitling time under 63 §. Om företagaren får invalidpension enligt denna lag och även enligt en annan arbetspensionslag, beräknas inkomsten för återstående tid som en relativ andel enligt reglerna i paragrafen.
