Statute overview

About this statute

This provision says the law applies to judge posts and judges, with some listed sections excluded, and a judge cannot be given the right to stay in office after retirement age. A public employee may not take a side job that requires working time unless the relevant authority grants permission; the employee must also report other side jobs, and the authority may prohibit them on specified grounds. A public servant may be temporarily transferred to work at another agency or with a non-state employer if the transfer helps the servant’s duties or job continuity and both the receiving employer and the servant consent.
